While James spent his college career playing baseball and basketball at MTSU, he took his athleticism another direction during a stint on the national bobsled team. His agility and strength has led him into coaching multiple sports, such as lacrosse, basketball, and football. If you’re looking for the athlete who has done it all, James is your guy. Strength fixes. I believe in building a solid foundation through hips, core, and glutes. From there, we’ll expand.

We are going to work hard and have fun. My clients gain a better sense of self-awareness of how movement should feel and how strength can improve their everyday functioning. I’m not a one-size-fits-all coach when it comes to my programs, it’s specific to a client’s goals and needs.

I had a teenage client who wanted to be faster, stronger, and more agile. We got his 40-yard time down almost three tenths, and his Olympic and strength exercises increased in strength and power.
