Evan has been around sports and fitness his entire life. This passion for staying fit led him to pursue a path in the health in wellness industry, where he learned about personal training. During his time at Middle Tennessee State University, Evan studied exercise science and worked on his coaching ability. You can expect to struggle and expect to fight, but it will be worth it. When you work with me, we won’t work solely around your strengths. My goal is to instead turn your weakness into a strength.
His Greatest Success
I had a couple clients with supraventricular tachycardia. They were extremely terrified of exercise due to the fact at any given moment, their heart rate may spike up or over 300 beats per minute. From all fitness goals and journeys that I have had the pleasure in helping, the best feeling I’ve had was earning their trust. It was a literal example a client trusting their trainer with their life. Being able to train these individuals and help them achieve more strength and mobility was a humbling experience.
