Personal Training Philosophy
I want to improve quality of life while decreasing the risk of injury, accomplished by increasing a client’s strength and overall ability to move.
What to Expect About Working with Paul
I will create a program that meets the needs of every individual client. No two goals are alike.
His Greatest Success
I had a client who came in with a simple, realistic goal: to feel and look “good.” With such a vague description it was a challenge to find out what program would work best, but after a few weeks of training, and the client working their butt off, I was able to help them reach their goal. We have currently updated their goal to something more specific and I cannot wait to help them achieve it!
