Personal Trainers

MPOWER’s personal trainers work with you one-on-one with a plan designed to help you reach your specific goals, whether it’s weight loss, sport-specific training, or gaining strength for daily activities. We train in a state-of-the-art orthopedic facility with physical therapists and massage therapists onsite. Our facilities are located in Midtown, Green Hills, and Cool Springs.

Here’s what you can expect by joining our personal training program:

  • Specific training plans for your goals with results and safety as the top priorities
  • Physical therapists onsite to assist with form consultation and training program review

  • Transitional plans from physical therapy to build strength and continue working on rehabilitation
