Clark’s interest in the health and wellness industry began with his desire to heal himself from a long-festering shoulder instability that would result in him dislocating his shoulder during even the simplest task.
He was able to achieve what he first aimed to do when entering the health and wellness by fully rehabilitating his shoulder post-surgery to a level of mobility and stability never before attained in his life and beyond the expectations of his surgeons.
He is currently on the educational path to obtain his DPT (Physical Therapist) Certificate so he can better bring that same accomplishment to his clients.
PERSONAL TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
My personal training philosophy is based in the understanding that the civilized world, with all it’s overwhelming convenience, has restricted us from holding onto all the wonderful movement capabilities we developed as children. Training is an opportunity to develop the tools to take back control of those very capabilities that were taken from us.
It’s with the freedom to move confidently without pain that allows us to stay open to enjoying life’s special moments with friends, a partner, a child, a grandchild. I wish to bring my clients more of that freedom so they can enjoy the one body in which they were gifted to live this life.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH CLARK
Expect me to challenge you not only through physical demands but with mental awareness. Expect us to work hard but to have fun doing it. Be willing to rethink your idea of performance training.
