About Hunter Didriksen

BS, Exercise Science – University of Iowa

BS, Nutrition – Purdue Global

Certifications Held: NASM-CPT, RYT-200

Hunter fell into the fitness industry when a friend asked him to take over a fitness class at a retirement home. After 6 months of teaching that class, he decided to get into personal training.

Educating people about health and wellness is something that has always come naturally to Hunter. He enjoys being able to push clients to learn new things about themselves by breaking through barriers they did not think could be broken.

Hunter specializes in athletic sports performance, mobility, functional movement, and general wellbeing. He is also a yogi and loves to incorporate yoga movements into his training.

PERSONAL TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Train to train another day.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH HUNTER
Be prepared to start committing to your goals and willing to learn along the way. Come with an open mind to what your body can do and where it can go.

It is not just the physical body you are training. It is the mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies you train by discovering new aspects of yourself and taking care of the only body you have. Whether it is for sports performance, being strong enough to play with your kids/grandkids, or just being able to do everyday tasks, it is so important to have someone along that journey with you to learn from and hopefully start to implement what you learn into everyday life.

HIS GREATEST SUCCESS
I worked with a 96-year-old client who could barely stand up out of a chair. By the time I left, he was doing squats out of a chair, completely hands-free.
