Jack spent much of his college career as a strength and conditioning intern to a host of different sports including golf, tennis, soccer, basketball and diving for 3 different colleges. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Sports Administration from Belmont University. His love for health and wellness came from a lifelong passion for improving other’s health & well-being.
