About Rachel

Raised in north Louisiana and moved around quite a bit after college. Worked as an Athletic Trainer in the Professional and Collegiate settings for 4 years that took me from D.C. to Florida then to Texas to return to PT school. Spent 3 years in Austin, TX finishing my degree before moving to Nashville in December 2020. I love to cook or try new restaurants in town. Love to spin and find beautiful places around Nashville to hike or kayak. Sports fan (Ole Miss and Saints fan!), and love to spend a Saturday watching the games while trying a new brewery or with friends/family.

Personal Philosophy

There are no true failures, only instances to learn from and grow.

Greatest Success

Working with various patients and athletes and watching them overcome tough circumstances as they transition through rehab and emerge on the other side of injury/surgery with a new outlook and ability to return to the things they love to do and brings joy to their lives.
