No, anyone can come to MPOWER and receive a massage by our licensed massage therapists.

If you are attending physical therapy or occupational therapy at another clinic, we would be happy to see you.

Our massage therapists are used to working with post-surgical patients or patients who have experienced recent injury and are adaptable to any restrictions you may have for positioning or restricted movement.

We are hopeful that massage at MPOWER can help take your recovery to the next level and maximize results regardless of if you have seen us before or not.

At MPOWER Massage Therapy, we do not bill out to insurance – We are strictly a cash-based massage therapy business.

Many of our clients utilize their HSA or FSA accounts to pay for massage at MPOWER by credit card. We are always happy to provide a receipt for your records.

We do recommend reaching out to your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement for massage as we have had some clients see success in getting reimbursed for part or all of the services they receive at MPOWER.

Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. Tipping is industry standard in massage therapy to show extra appreciation to your massage therapist.

At MPOWER, all tips go 100% to your massage therapist rather than being distributed to other support staff or management.

We offer 30 minute massages, 45 minute massages, 60 minute massages, 90 minute massages and 120 minute massages. 60 minute massages is our most popular massage.

Typically our shorter massages are valued by clients for targeted treatment while our longer massages allow you to expand your focus to the whole body or multiple areas with additional depth.

Our massage therapists are always happy to discuss the best massage duration for you based on your wants and needs.

Recommended frequency of massage varies from person to person based on their goals. For relaxation or stress relief, a massage one time per month might be the perfect option to maintain overall well-being. Someone who is actively training for a race or competitive sport may need to incorporate massage therapy more frequently – maybe one time per week – into their recovery to reduce rest time between maximal effort and training pushes.

Our talented massage therapists work with you personally find the frequency and length of massage that will help you hit your unique goals.

30 minute massage – $70

45 minute massage – $95

60 minute massage – $115

90 minute massage – $160

120 minute massage – $200

For our massages, we schedule 15 minutes between clients to ensure your massage therapist is working with you the WHOLE time so a 60 minute massage is really 60 minutes of personalized massage treatment!

We offer packages of each length of massage which bring the cost-per-massage down to make adding massage as a consistent part of your wellness more affordable!

Absolutely! Our massage therapists are uniquely qualified due to their proximity to physical therapists and occupational therapists every day to ensure your therapeutic massage complements what you are doing in therapy.

Many therapy patients come to massage to get targeted soft tissue work done that falls outside of what insurance will cover during their therapy treatment. This might mean more time working on your injured body part or working on the areas around it that are not the focus of your therapy appointment.

Our massage therapists are used to working on patients who have restrictions on movement or positioning due to surgical protocols or have healing wounds or scars following surgery.

If you have questions on if massage is appropriate for you at your stage of recovery from injury or surgery, please reach out to us.
