Growing up playing sports, Nikki had her fair share of injuries—and one incredible physical therapist who helped her through it all. “She got me through some of the toughest times in my teenage years,” Nikki says. “I knew I wanted to give that same kind of support to others.”

That motivation led her to a career in physical therapy and eventually to MPOWER. After moving to the area for her husband’s job, Nikki heard great things about the company and knew she wanted to be part of it. “I was lucky enough to land an interview, and I couldn’t be happier that I did.”

Nikki started as a staff physical therapist at our Cool Springs clinic and quickly stepped into leadership. She has managed teams at Green Hills and now Franklin, where she has found a group that is both fun and incredibly skilled. “We collaborate constantly to make sure our patients get what they need. And let’s be real, there’s also no shortage of snacks to keep us going.”

One of her favorite parts of the job is watching patients hit milestones they have worked so hard for. “I’ll never forget going to a patient’s first game back after an injury and seeing them score the game-winning goal. That was one of the best moments in my career.”

As a leader, Nikki believes in being part of the team and leading by example. “No task is too small. We’re all here to support each other and give our best for our patients and for each other.”

If you are thinking about joining MPOWER, Nikki’s advice is simple. “If you’re in this to help people reach their goals and want to work in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment, this is the place to be.”
