About Tiff

I am a Nashville native, sports nut, and mom to a Cocker Spaniel puppy. I serve as the Director of Performance Nutrition for MPOWER, have authored 2 books, Limitless & The Metabolic Makeover, and host a Podcast: Fuel, Sweat, and Science with Dr. Tiff. When I'm not working, I am cooking, working on a Crossword puzzle by the pool, or hitting the gym.

Personal Philosophy

Live authentically, with integrity and honor in everything you do. Don't be afraid to fail, but never neglect to learn from your failures so that you are getting better every day. Be you, as perfectly imperfect as you are, and never apologize for it.

Greatest Success

Authoring a book has been my greatest success. Not necessarily the process of the writing itself, those are just words on a page. But it has given me an invaluable opportunity to impact more lives in a positive way. I have worked with clients in Scotland, India, and all across the US, as well as having been invited to contribute to TV shows, radio spots, and blogs. I feel so blessed knowing that maybe something I wrote or said was just what someone needed to hear to turn the trajectory of their life and their health around.
