About Kate Fisher
Kate Fisher is an Occupational Therapist at MPOWER. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Otterbein University and her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Tennessee State University. Kate works at MPOWER’s Franklin location and has experience in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation. She loves helping patients return to the activities they enjoy, whether that’s painting, golfing, or spending time with loved ones. Outside of work, Kate enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, and spending time with her dog, Ovi!

Patients can expect a collaborative therapy environment in which we form meaningful goals together. We will work hard to make sure their goals guide their rehabilitation, and they are able to return to all of the activities they need and want to do!

CLIENT SUCCESS STORY
I worked with a patient who had a severe elbow and shoulder injury and was with us for over 6 months. Towards the end of her recovery, she brought in watercolor paintings for us, a hobby she had not been able to do since before her injury. They are beautiful and every time I look at it, I think of how far she has come since that first day.
