Ross Mlckovsky is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with four years of experience in outpatient physical therapy. His interest in physical therapy began after tearing his shoulder labrum and experiencing firsthand the benefits of PT during his recovery. This experience inspired him to pursue a career helping others improve their mobility and quality of life.

Ross believes physical therapy can help people of all ages achieve their goals, whether returning to sports or getting back to everyday activities. One patient success that stands out to him is a patient he treated early in his career who initially experienced significant pain and difficulty with everyday positions and activities. After working with Ross on and off for nearly four years, the patient is now living a healthy, full life without pain. Experiences like this continue to motivate Ross in his work.

Outside of work, Ross enjoys sports and plays in a volleyball league in his spare time.
