About Paige

I grew up in Michigan (go blue!) and fell in love with the physical therapy profession as a young athlete. I met my husband in PT school and we have loved making Nashville home! When I’m not at work you can find me at the gym, spoiling our pup Dez, reading and trying every coffee shop in town.

Personal Philosophy

Movement is medicine. I strongly believe that movement and exercise can cure mental and physical fatigue and turn around any day.

Greatest Success

A recreational long-distance runner came into PT after a significant lower extremity injury. After months of rehab, sweat and tears this patient was back on the road, skiing and strength training without discomfort. Rehab is a marathon – stay positive, work hard and smile!
