Your physical therapist may do some massage therapy, but if you feel you may benefit from additional duration or frequency of massage therapy to promote tissue health, flush toxins out of a healing area, and/or reduce muscle guarding, we encourage you to ask your physical therapist what they recommend.

No, we do not bill insurance for massage therapy at MPOWER. Some health insurance companies may reimburse part, or all your massage therapy costs, and we recommend calling your insurance company prior to participating in massage therapy if you cannot pay with cash.

No, anyone can use personal training, massage therapy, or nutrition services at MPOWER Physical Therapy, regardless of whether you’re in physical therapy.
