About Grant

I have always lived in and around Middle Tennessee. My earliest experience with learning how to navigate my own body was through dance and choreography. That became a skill I enjoyed even before I entered the realm of fitness. Personal development, creativity, and exploration are all things that I hold dear and think others should as well.

 

Personal Philosophy

A strong, healthy, confident version of anyone is within reach, and a professional is there to outline the steps necessary to reach that end goal. The road toward that goal may be longer and harder for some, but that does not mean it is any less attainable.

 

Greatest Success

I see goals met best when I can appropriately guide strong convictions and motivations from people wanting change. Through consistency from training sessions and outside work, I watched a client lose 30+ lbs over 6 months, he felt better and stronger than he would have on his own, and he thoroughly enjoyed the process.
