Health, Dental, & Vision
We offer excellent and comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance to our full-time team members. We have multiple plan options over the traditional four tiers of coverage, and offer a plan at the employee-only tier that where the premium is paid 100% by MPOWER!
Long-term Disability and Life Insurance
We offer a long-term disability policy, as well as an AD&D/life insurance policy for our full-time team members, and MPOWER pays the full cost of these premiums. These policies include an employee assistance program which provides free, confidential access to licensed professionals who can assist with life’s challenges.
Matching Traditional & Roth 401(k) Pension
We want our team members to feel that their futures are secure and to make planning for retirement easier. We offer to our team members both traditional and Roth 401(k) plans that include employer matching and profit sharing.
Supplemental Insurance Coverage
We provide the option to purchase supplemental insurance in the following categories: Short-term disability, accident care, universal life, and universal life for children.
Continuing Education Reimbursement
We believe it’s important to grow your knowledge base and skillset within your chosen field. For our licensed team members, we offer continuing education and licensure reimbursement. The amount varies by type of licensure.
Paid Time Off &
Our full-time team members accrue around 18 days of PTO per year. We know how important it is to have time away from the office! Our office is also closed every year on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our team members receive pay for these holidays.
We offer optional Break to Educate lunch sessions on various topics throughout the year. If our team members choose to attend, they are treated to lunch!

I’ve been with MPOWER for just about two years now, working at our Green Hills and Midtown locations. What I love most about MPOWER is the cross education between our services. We are hoping to reach the same goal - helping everyone be their best possible self. As a result, my clients are able to get proper support they need. MPOWER has afforded me an opportunity to work with a huge variety of patients across all ages and skillsets. Whether it be athletes, parents, youths, post operatives, or those in PT for the first time, I have learned how to adapt my training philosophy for the unique need of the individual. It has been an invaluable experience for developing my skill set and a humbling process to be a part of. My learning experiences at MPOWER will no doubt serve me down the road throughout my career in the health and wellness industry.
I’ve worn many hats during my two years here at MPOWER. I’ve recently transitioned from the Cool Springs Experience Coordinator position to an Assistant Training Manager. MPOWER has helped me grow by providing me with unique challenges that improve our integrative wellness model. What I love most about working at MPOWER is the people. MPOWER has helped me grow in every way since beginning my career. I started out as a therapy tech 10 years ago and was subsequently hired as a physical therapist when I graduated from PT school. I have recently moved into a newly created position to include clinical education and advancement for our therapy staff and clinics. I am very grateful for all the opportunities that MPOWER and management has offered me throughout my career. My favorite part about working at MPOWER is being a part of a patients healing process, guiding them back to recovery and serving as a resource to optimize performance. I love doing this with my patient case load and serving as a resource and educator for our therapy staff to help them achieve these goals.
