About Jess

I am a Wisconsin native (just south of Milwaukee) so I am a born and bred cheese-head watching my Packers on Sundays, but you can thank my husband for making me a Notre Dame college football fan. When I am not at the clinic you can find me training for an OCR or triathlon, outside hiking or playing pickleball, cooking with friends, checking out breweries or just chilling with my husband and two pups. However, when I am in the clinic and you are my patient, you can trust that I have your best interest in mind, I won't make you do something I can't and you most likely will leave sweating at some point.

Personal Philosophy

I try to live my life with this Jamaican motto always at the forefront of my mind: "Wi likkle but wi tallawah". [We may be small, but we are strong, we are mighty, and can do anything.] I truly believe that if you work hard, set goals, believe in yourself and have a strong community supporting you that you can achieve anything regardless of what others may think.

Greatest Success

I have worked with many kinds of people of various ages, injuries, activity backgrounds, and goals making my greatest success difficult to pick. One patient of mine had been in a serious accident several years prior to having both ankles replaced due to injury from the accident. They had not been able to live the life they once knew and after months of hard work, they were able to walk in the park, do housework and go to the beach without pain, fear, or regret of trying. It has been an honor to be a part of the journey that this patient has gone through to have hope again for the life they once lived.
