About Jonathan

Jonathan has been a certified personal trainer for 10 years! He is a plant-based trainer, he has been able to maintain a healthy dietary routine for over 5 years and has shown others that they don’t need animal-based products to be sustainable in fitness.
Why were you drawn to the health and wellness industry?
I think when the mind body and spirit are all in alignment, that’s when someone truly feels their best and I'm always looking at every situation with hopes to find a solution to achieve that happiness. I’m very fortunate to have the want and ability to pass that along to others!
What are your expertise? (ex: certain sports, weight loss, etc.)
- Functional Training (Adolescent –Elderly)
- Athletic Strength and Conditioning
- Sports Rehabilitation
- Occupation Conditioning
How would you describe the importance & benefits of the care/service you provide?
Health and fitness is not just a phase, it should be a lifestyle and the more you buy into that understanding, the more you gain long turn.
What would you tell a new client/patient to expect about working with you?
You’re going to work hard but you're going to love how you feel after.
Without naming names, tell us about a client success that makes you proud:
Anyone who overcomes a fear of the unknown, someone who accomplishes something they had no idea they could.
If you have one, what is your favorite motivational quote/mantra:
How we do anything is how we do everything, so do it right.
What is your Personal Training Philosophy?
Healthy habits can be used to make great decisions.
