About Julia

Born and raised in Nashville, I moved around for school, but I am so happy to be back and serving the community I grew up in. I am a huge Nashville sports fan (Go Preds, Titans, and Nashville SC!!!). My career goal is to become a certified hand therapist, and I enjoy working towards that goal every day with MPower!

Personal Philosophy

My goal every single day is to have a positive influence on someone, whether that is making them smile, laugh, or feel understood.

Greatest Success

I worked with a patient who sustained burns over 90% of her upper extremities, resulting in severe limitations with ROM and daily tasks. After working hard together on her motion and strength, she was able to return to all tasks, including her favorite, lawn care. She was able to reach to the top of her bushes and use her hedge trimmers/loppers! As a personal moment, I guessed Wordle correctly on my FIRST attempt one time!!
