About Kalie

Kalie was born and raised in Nashville TN where she grew up with an active lifestyle with her and her sibling’s all playing soccer. She unfortunately had some injuries which led her to Mpower/Elite 10 years ago. She is glad to be back at Mpower where she can now help patients of all ages and lifestyles achieve their goals. Kalie also likes to be outside by the pool, spend time with family, and paint when she can!

Personal Philosophy

I hope to be the patient's teammate and cheerleader. Physical therapy is more than just the physical body. Physical therapy should treat the entire patient by looking at all aspects of life. Most people need someone to be a positive educator in difficult times through their rehabilitation.

Greatest Success

I was able to work alongside a professional aerialist after her shoulder surgery. She was able to return to hanging/aerial on the silks after 6 months of intense physical therapy for her shoulder. We had to be creative for her to safely achieve the mobility and strength needed for her career.
