About Lisa

I was raised in Knoxville, TN but spent 15 years in NYC/LA before moving to Nashville with my family in 2020. In my spare time I enjoy anything fitness or performing related - acting, karaoke, running races, water sports - you name it! I love to visit the Thousand Islands region in NY in the summers, where my husband grew up, and I hope to show my family Hawaii someday. We love travel and adventures.

My personal philosophy is that everyone, regardless of age, ability, or background deserves to have the chance to feel strong, calm and capable. Exercise has the power to soothe, to energize, to build strength and resilience, physically and mentally. It is the best way to get more out of life!

I'm proud to have helped clients of all ages and backgrounds achieve better health, crush goals, and enhance their lives for over 15 years. My favorite moment is when a client learns that they can do something they were not sure they could - whether it's running a half marathon or chasing their grandkids around Disney. Everyone has a goal and a dream, and I'm honored to help them achieve it!.
