In this role she spent time working with soccer, track and field, and tennis players at Belmont University.

Ali has experience with private personal training programs focusing on exercise prescription, nutrition, and accountability. She is an expert in injury prevention, orthopedic medical considerations, and performance. She has a huge passion for health, fitness, and overall wellness. Ali loves interacting with people and helping them to be the best version of themselves. She aims to blend these values through her experiences with her clients leaving them with a positive outlook.

PERSONAL TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
I am a big believer that getting comfortable with a situation inhibits progress. Physically and mentally speaking there will be challenges that we will tackle, and you will be better, stronger, and happier for it.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH ALI
Expect to work hard, challenge yourself, leave the session with a sense of accomplishment, and have fun during the process. I will leave you feeling physically stronger, mentally fulfilled, and ultimately more positive than when you walked in the door.

HER GREATEST SUCCESS
I think ultimately having an athlete return to sport or hitting a new benchmark will always make me proud. Returning from an injury is a physically and mentally challenging task and each progression forward to attaining their goals should be celebrated.
